STAVATTI AEROSPACE

Stavatti Aerospace is about designing and making many kinds of truly revolutionary aircraft. These new aircraft are revolutionary not only in the sense that they are of novel configurations and feature new technologies, materials and propulsion systems, but they are also revolutionary in their price and availability. Designed from the onset to be affordable, Stavatti as a company has a distinct approach to the aircraft business which concentrates upon lean management as well as lean manufacturing approaches. Created for affordability, Stavatti aircraft are meant for pilots who appreciate beautiful aesthetics, extraordinary performance, zero tolerance for corrosion and reasonable operating and procurement costs. Stavatti is about a passion for aviation and it is that passion that drives every aspect of the organization. This passion is not limited to any one type of aircraft as the Stavatti vision spans general aviation, civil aerospace and military aerospace that will result in a diverse aircraft product line produced at multiple design and production centers throughout the United States and worldwide.

Founded as a Minnesota C Corporation in 2014 and reorganized as a Wyoming C Corporation in December 2019, the Stavatti Aerospace organization is composed of seven distinct divisions including Stavatti Military Aerospace (focused on the design and production of military aerospace vehicles), Stavatti General Aviation (focused on the design and production of general aviation sport aircraft for private pilots), Stavatti Commercial Aerospace (focused on the design of commercial airliners and aerospace vehicles for civil transport), Stavatti Missiles and Ordnance (focused on the design and production of aircraft missiles and ordnance as well as launch vehicles), Stavatti Interplanetary (focused on the design and production of interplanetary spacecraft), Stavatti Interstellar (focused on the design and production of interstellar spacecraft) and Stavatti Aerospace Systems (focused upon the design and manufacture of aircraft and aerospace vehicle systems including avionics, sensors, actuators, landing gear, etc.). All aerospace vehicle divisions of Stavatti Aerospace focus upon the design and production of both piloted as well as remotely piloted and autonomous aerospace vehicles.

From a leadership perspective, Stavatti Aerospace is owned by shareholders who include individual equity owners as well as strategic partners. The shareholders elect and appoint a board of directors which in-turn elects a President, CEO and all supporting executive staff, ranging from Senior Vice Presidents to CFOs and CIOs. Daily implementation of Stavatti business activities is then managed by Executive Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents who direct all non-executive Stavatti personnel.

Stavatti Aerospace builds upon the legacy of Stavatti Corporation from which it inherited a corporate culture, executive leadership and the intellectual property associated with the SM-26, SM-27 and SM-36 aircraft as well as other projects. Stavatti Corporation is the original Stavatti C Corporation founded in Minnesota in July of 1994. The original design company responsible for the engineering of the Stalma, Machete and Aviara families of aircraft, Stavatti Corporation was also engaged in the design of gas dynamic directed energy weapons and radioisotope powered gas turbine engines. Stavatti Corporation was also the parent company to the Stavatti Reconnaissance Systems division and all other pre-Stavatti Aerospace Ltd divisions and subsidiaries. Today Stavatti Corporation serves primarily as a technology management company responsible for licensing the development and future production of potential product lines to Stavatti Aerospace Ltd. and other Stavatti business enterprises.

STAVATTI INDUSTRIES

Stavatti Industries is a design and manufacturing company focused upon producing tools and equipment for the oil and gas industry as well as undertaking commercial mining, the design and production of aerospace vehicle powerplants, systems and equipment, the design and production of armament systems and the design and production of commercial industrial products. Established to produce Stavatti non-vehicle systems, Stavatti Industries is structured to enable the expansion of Stavatti into the design and manufacture of products above and beyond aerospace vehicles while providing critical key technologies to those vehicles in-house. A Wyoming C Corporation founded in 2016, in May of 2016 Stavatti Industries entered into the business of manufacturing oil field tooling and equipment, with an emphasis upon the production of world leading cementing heads. Expanding into commercial product manufacturing, in 2017 Stavatti Industries embarked on the design and production of new design wet abrasive cleaning systems for commercial and industrial users. Stavatti Industries also inherited the development and production of the proprietary Detachable Trailer System (DTS).

Stavatti Industries delegates the design, development and production of all products to its wholly-owned divisions. These wholly-owned divisions may at the discretion of the company become stand-alone business enterprises which may remain privately held or become publicly traded. In so doing, Stavatti Industries may function in the future as an industrial holding company responsible for division strategic management. Addressing the specific market segments of each sector enterprise, Stavatti Industries performs the total integration of all goods and services delivered by wholly-owned divisions/subsidiaries and partially owned joint-ventures into a symphony of commercial deliverables.

Each division has a clearly defined objective, core competency and vision. Each division is directly responsible for the management of the design, development, certification/qualification and production of all products developed by either that specific division, or by joint-venture enterprises operating under the strategic management of that division. Each division is also responsible for the provision of services, which fall within the envelope of their specific core competency. Core competencies are not limited to a specific product, but a series or line of products which fall into a specific category. Each division is subdivided into internal divisions to address particular aspects of its core competency, including the management of specific joint-venture enterprises that are owned in-part by the division. Each division is organized to benefit from the Stavatti Approach to Program Management. Applying a lean, hybridized “skunk works” style management technique, the Stavatti Approach focuses upon the profitable, high volume, mass production of sophisticated products using flexible tooling/manufacturing.
