In early September 2020, representatives on behalf of Stavatti Aerospace Ltd. (“Stavatti”) appeared before the Town of Niagara (NY) regarding a formal request for zoning changes covering the existing U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) site, which is located at 9400 Porter Road, Niagara Falls, NY.
